“The main thing we appreciate about your new service is that Dr. Jardini comes to us, rather than us going into the office. It means we're not exposed to any bad germs! It's definitely more relaxing, and it's not rushed. My husband tends to have high blood pressure when at a doctor's office so this arrangement is much better than high blood pressure! There's no rush to get to the next patient so we have time to talk. And being able to call Julie & have her answer is also a great benefit & much appreciated. “I recently received invitation to join Dr. Jardini’s Care-at-Home Medical Practice. I jumped at the chance and became a member. At the time I didn’t totally realize all the benefits that this brings. I have been with Dr. Jardine for over 20 years and had a great patient/Dr. relationship. But this takes it to a whole new level. The extra time to visit with him and go over my medical issues in detail is a great benefit. The at home visits gives us the time required to work a plan for these issues.
Working with Dr. Jardini at home provides a relaxing experience while addressing my concerns and issues with no interruptions. In developing that plan, referrals were needed with other doctors and Julie (Administrative Assistant) had those requests out the same day. I also had several problems with the pharmacy about my prescription refills. One call to Julie took care of the problem. Other things I didn’t think of at the time but are a great benefit. Don’t have to leave home early enough to get to the appointment on time and no traffic headaches - Dr. Jardini comes to my home. That’s GREAT. I highly recommend the Care-at-Home Medical Practice”

“Dr. Jardini has been my physician since he moved to the Central Coast. As a retired dentist I appreciate that he is up to date, extremely thorough and always willing to discuss and help me manage my medical issues. When he began letting his patients know that he was going to be starting a concierge practice I couldn't imagine trusting my medical care to another physician. But it is the specifics that demonstrate the absolute quality of the medical care I have received over the years from Dr. Jardini.
Two examples come to mind: One, on a drive home from work in 2016 I remember getting a call from Dr. Jardini about some unusual blood test results he received on my behalf. The discovery ultimately required referral; however I am still grateful for the concern that he showed me on that occasion. And on a second occasion in 2023 during a routine visit, Dr. Jardini was listening to my heart and detected a previously undiscovered heart murmur. After a full workup, ultimately a referral to a cardiologist and then further advanced treatment, I can say without a doubt that Dr. Jadini's early discovery, competent care and referral in all likelihood saved my life. “

The Nurse Practitioner has been to my house promptly after I suffered a fall. Dr. Jardini ordered an MRI. I was notified of the results promptly. He has made a follow-up visit for routine care. He was unhurried and relaxed as was I. He was able to review all my health needs. Several other problems have been resolved by phone call. His new concierge practice really fit my needs. I am now a senior citizen, recently I was on medication and hospitalized for another condition. Due to this condition, I thought I was confined to a low or nonfat diet for the rest of my life. Dr. Jardini researched my condition and determined that I was on the wrong medication, changed my medication now I’m back to a regular diet and a regular lifestyle.
